Bombshell Beauty by Yolanda, an on-location professional makeup artist specializing in bridal airbrush makeup servicing the Phoenix area. Yolanda also does makeup for a variety of other different looks from wedding makeup to special events, senior portrait makeup, prom makeup, editorial, boudoir photo shoots, and HD makeup for Actors, Dancers, and Models which has led her to several publications.

Yolanda Correa was born and raised in San Jose, CA which is where her love of fashion and beauty began. From a very young age, she was always into wearing the latest fashions and experimenting with different makeup looks and trends. She studied Fashion Design and found that she loved styling but in 1998, she was fortunate enough to meet a well known Makeup Artist in the Bay Area who became her mentor and someone she later aspired after. Yolanda began working at Kiss and Makeup, a well known makeup studio in Los Gatos, CA and that's where her interest in Makeup and beauty became more apparent. Because of her mentors guidance and her experience with working and running a makeup studio, Yolanda is proud to know that one day soon she'll be opening up her own makeup studio.

Yolanda is now an accomplished makeup artist currently residing in Arizona where she became certified and licensed. She has had the privilege of representing one the most renowned brands in cosmetics, M.A.C, which she still currently freelances for and has for the past 5 years. With over 7 years of experience in making women look and feel their best, Yolanda strives to teach women the transformational power of makeup. She uses airbrush and traditional makeup application techniques to accentuate and showcase the natural beauty of women.

With an eye for fashion and a love of helping others, Yolanda is here to provide her support and skills in helping you put your best face forward. She uses only the best products available including brands such as MAC, Nars, Chanel, Dior, Stilla and Makeup Forever.

With the new technology of high definition television (HDTV), make- up artists have to add the skills of airbrushing to their repertoire. Both HDTV and digital photography show every detail to the extreme. Therefore, standard make-up looks far too heavy and false in these mediums.

By using a compressor and airbrush gun, micronized make-up is dispersed so finely that, if applied correctly, it cannot be seen. It gives invisible coverage. There are several different formulas of foundation that can be used. Hydro (water base) gives a natural, dewy look and is used on the face. However, like all water base formulas it can rub off on clothing. Temptu SB (silicone base) looks dewy like hydro but is non-transferrable. Silicone and alcohol base are good choices to cover tattoos, birthmarks and for use on areas where clothing may rub against the body.

These new skills are essential for every media make-up artist. You can also charge more for weddings when you do airbrushing.
